This body of work displays overt moments of female objectification. The contorted poses and abstracted proportions of the forms call attention to the unnaturalness of these women - an attempt to signify the forced ideals placed upon women. In some pieces, the women are draped intentionally to bring attention to the ways in which drapery has, art historically, been used as a tool to suggest sensuality and place value on the body over the woman. Some pieces within this series draw parallels between the bodies and cadavers (both scientific and within the meat trade). Others place multiple women in packed spaces to draw attention to how prevalent this entangled web of abuse is.
